BEAUTIFUL! But be prepare to do 1-hour + of light hiking – Review of Discovery Park, Seattle, WA – TripAdvisor
To get to the South Bluff, drive to the park over the Magnolia Bridge and park in the SOUTH parking lot. It's about 5-10 minutes to the South Bluff which has magnificent views of Puget Sound, the Olympics, and Rainier. Those reviewers ho are complaining about getting lost in military housing/ paved roads are approaching the Park from the Indian Cultural Center and it takes a lot longer to hike to the views from that entrance.
One thing that has surprised me as I have been setting it up has been the lack of resources out there.
These arenâ??t your normal laptops and there are some things that should be considered.
I figured Iâ??d document my experiences to help those that may be in the same boat I was in.
