Kick Windows Explorer to the curb with AccelMan File Manager - Download Squad
Windows Explorer keeps getting a tiny bit better with each new Windows release. But for some reason Microsoft refuses to offer one thing that many other file managers have had for years: a two-pane window. If you want to copy files from one folder to another, you need to open two separate Explorer windows.
There are a whole slew of free replacements for Windows Explorer. But one of the new kids on the freeware block is AccelMan, a utility that you used to have to pay for, but which was recently set free. Make sure to download and install the registry key from the download page or you’ll just get a 30 day free trial.

So, to fix the startup issue, try editing the file /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.thinkyhead.TabletMagic.plist and add -d to the ProgramArguments section.

You have two options:
1 Run the client from a machine with two monitors and use the /span command line switch when you start the terminal services client. You will then have the remote machines “dual” monitors displayed locally as “dual” monitors. The /span assumes the two monitors are physically side-by-side and the same resolution.
2 Use the width and height command line switches for terminal services. /w:xxxx where xxxx is the width resolution and /h:yyyy where yyyy is the height resolution.
So if you run the following on a machine with a single monitor:
%SystemRoot%system32mstsc.exe /w:2560 /h:1024
Your Remote Desktop will run inside a window that is scrollable vertically and horizontally with the above dimensions. This will allow you to see and interact with the windows that were on the second monitor of the host PC.

Needful Things: Applications
XMenu adds one or more global menus to the right side of the menu bar. They give you access to your preferred applications, folders, documents, and files. XMenu is the ideal addition to Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard as the switch to stacks makes folders in the Dock unusable for quick access to applications or folders with sub-folders.
