Disk Problems on Macbook pro

Looks like the abnormal heat of my MBP is causing the disk to fail. I am seeing error messages in the console:

Aug 3 5:26:19 VMBPRO kernel[0]: disk0s2: 0xe0030005 (UNDEFINED).
Aug 3 5:27:07 VMBPRO kernel[0]: disk0s2: 0xe0030005 (UNDEFINED).
Aug 3 5:27:54 VMBPRO kernel[0]: disk0s2: 0xe0030005 (UNDEFINED).
Aug 3 5:28:42 VMBPRO kernel[0]: disk0s2: 0xe0030005 (UNDEFINED).

Other’s seem to have these problems too
